Protect yourself & others in a digital world.

Gen Alpha (0-12)

  • Start digital habits early. Teach kids that passwords, privacy, and asking before clicking are part of everyday behavior.
  • Encourage them to speak up if something online feels confusing, strange, or off.

GEN-Z (13-28)

  • Be cautious of DMs asking you to “boost” or “vote.” They’re often trying to get access, not support you.
  • Don’t assume recruiters on social media are legit. Look them up before you respond.
  • Lock down your privacy settings across every app… not just Instagram.

MILLENIALS (29-44)

  • Use a password or passphrase manager… not a spreadsheet or your memory.
  • Talk to your parents or kids about scams. You’re often the tech bridge.
  • Be cautious with browser extensions. Some collect more than you think.

GEN-X (45-60)

  • Keep your apps and software updated. Security patches matter.
  • Don’t rely on antivirus alone. Learn to recognize phishing signs.
  •  When in doubt, don’t click. Take a second to check where the link is coming from before opening anything.

BOOMERS & BEYOND (61+)

  • Don’t click pop-ups saying your computer is “infected.” Close them and move on.
  • Use multi-factor authentication (MFA) when available. It’s a simple step that adds strong protection.
  • If something doesn’t feel right, ask for help. You’re not expected to figure it out alone.

Passphrases > Passwords

Cybersecurity Is For [Everyone].

  • Use 4+ random words instead of short passwords. Easier to remember, harder to crack.
    Example: JazzHands!AtMidnight24
  • Avoid names, birthdays, or anything obvious.
  • Pause before you click. Urgency and emotion are often the bait.
  • Verify before you trust. Check sources and review your AI privacy settings.
